Mt. Madison Inn & Suites - Gorham

Room smelled strongly of air freshener.

Convenient location. Inexpensive. We could afford 2 rooms for a family of 6. Table and chairs in the room and outside the room a couple plastic chairs. PIZZA! Customer oriented. Helped us find things to do in our 1 day passing thru. I saw someone SHAMPOOING the carpet in the room next door when we were leaving. I liked seeing that! Pride of ownership! The owner was creatively making upgrades to an older building.

Inexpensive hotel, so not super thick walls and a little noisy in the morning when everyone packs up and leaves. Older building, but well taken care of.

Reasonably priced unit with a beautiful big deep tub. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

All fine, but mold smell.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Gorham. Updated and spotless room overall. Marvellous location ready to climb the iconic mountain, good pool. And just next door to the White Mountains for outdoor activities, Saalt, and the foothills.

I've had a nice stay for a QUIET and CLASSY vacation.

I was impressed by the clean, modern decor and the easy access throughout the inn.

More towel hooks in bathroom would be helpful.

The room was spacious and super comfortable with cozy beds and fresh linens. The location was perfect for accessing nearby trails. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic way to unwind after hiking all day, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom could have used a bit more towel space.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the giant moose head in the office/lobby. Picnic tables and grills were a nice touch. Kind of a fun vacation scene with the patio chairs on the sidewalks outside the rooms.

The rooms smelled like smoke despite the non-smoking policy. Probably shouldn't offer ashtrays for smokers right outside the room door. Screen doors on the rooms didn't latch properly (on either of our two rooms) so we had to keep the room door closed to keep the little ones in. The kids were extremely disappointed that the inflatable bounce house pictured on the hotel web site was not there anymore.

Good location for us travelling from New Brunswick to Ontario...nice choice of restaurants in town. Room was large and beds comfortable. Friendly, if a little slow, desk service.

Bathroom not great...bad caulking around tub, large chip out of toilet, which was tricky to flush. No breakfast (unless you wanted to pay $8.95)

Plot twist, it's actually great!

Don't let the mixed reviews deter you. This place was a pleasant surprise! The pool area was inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Perfect for family trips or quick getaways in the White Mountains.

The room was newly decoration and cute. Bed was very comfortable

Tub was very old . did not use and the toliet seat needed to be replaced. Otherwise fine

Fantastic staff that was really helpful and enthusiastic.

The location provides easy access to trails for outdoor activities. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, particularly the controlled noise after 10 PM which allowed for restful nights. The staff was attentive.

The TV size could be improved.

i did not want to leave and would stay here again and again. i greatly enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the stuff were amazingly nice and immensely pleasant. this accommodation had a central setting in the north conway area. what's more, it was short walk to restaurants, mountains as well as libby's restaurant. the breakfast was cheap overall.
